Great British Racing Drivers is proud to support Race Against Dementia by donating 10% of book sales.
Race Against Dementia was the chosen charity for the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2022. GBRD was very excited to be able to offer two special edition Chromaluxes of Sir Stirling Moss and Sir Jackie Stewart for the Race Against Dementia auction in the Bonhams sale.
Bonham’s Toby Wilson did a ‘Stirling’ job at the auction, enabling GBRD to make it's largest donation so far of £1,000
The Sir Jackie signed Chromaluxe is still available to purchase, for further information, please email indira@gbrd.photos

I worked with RAD to create a special limited edition set of selected prints, which was due to be auctioned at a fundraising auction during the 2020 Australian Grand Prix. Due to the Covid-19 that event was cancelled. Happily the fund raiser was finally able to take place at this year's Australian Grand Prix. All proceeds from those print sales were donated.
Race Against Dementia is a global charity, founded by Formula One racing legend Sir Jackie Stewart, to fund pioneering research into the prevention and cure of dementia.
RAD raises and allocates funds to research and development in the race to find a prevention or treatment for dementia. In October 2018 the Race Against Dementia (RAD) Fellowship Programme was launched, with an initial investment of £2.5m. RAD draws from the most promising early-career scientfic talent around the world, collaborating with forward-thinking organisations in Formula One to bring the dynamic attitude, dedication and agility of Grand Prix teamwork to drive results in dementia research. The programme will not only accelerate the Fellows personal research agendas, but also aspires to catalyse a change in dementia research culture.
